Carlos is the blue frog introduced in the 2018 Muppet Babies episode “Frogs of a Feather.” Fozzie thinks knowing Kermit means knowing what Carlos likes, too.

Carlos has his own answer. In “The Lily Pad Blues” and “What This Frog Likes,” he shares what it feels like to be misunderstood—and what makes him himself.
